An internal attendance management system. I am the lead developer for both web applications, the employee app and the administrator app, covering employee records, attendance, leave and home-office approvals, special leave, custom weekends, entry and exit time tracking, and reporting.
Who it is for
JB Connect employees submitting attendance, and administrators approving it.
The problem
Attendance is rarely a simple clock-in. The company needed home-office submissions, ongoing home-office permissions, special leave, custom weekends per employee, and an approval path administrators could actually work through.
What I delivered
- Built all frontend work for both the employee and administrator web applications.
- Implemented employee records and attendance tracking, including entry and exit times.
- Built leave and home-office approval and rejection flows.
- Implemented custom and ongoing home-office permissions, special leave and custom weekends.
- Built home-office attendance submission for employees.
- Built attendance reports and rankings.
Outcome
Both web applications were delivered and are maintained in ongoing use.
